This charm is a little fun one for those with chronic illnesses/disabilities, mental or physical, and for us peri/menopausal peeps out there.

I’ve been on anti depressants since I was 20, and at 45 I was diagnosed with ADHD, for which I take medication to help with the executive function and overwhelm.

To help me remember to take my meds (and check if I have taken them), I have a rainbow coloured pill pot/daily organiser.

Sometimes all you can do is make jokes about these things, and be self-accepting of what you have to do to (mostly) function as a human being.

Hopefully, this will bring a little smile and joy to those of us for whom this is a daily task.

This is hand-moulded and painted.

As they are hand painted, there are slight variations in each piece.

This charm is made from Epoxy clay and resin paint, with vanish top coat.

They are light weight and comfortable to wear.

They come with a stainless steel lobster clasp.
