We are now able to post outside of the UK, to non European countries.

AS OF 13/12/2024 we are unable to post to Europe and N. Ireland.

There is now certain requirements that many small businesses cannot afford.

PAYMENT

We accept the following payment methods in our online store:

• Credit Card;

• Debit Card

Card payments are not processed through pages controlled by us. We use one or more online payment service providers who will encrypt your card or bank account details in a secure environment (Squarespace Payments).

ORDER PROCESSING

The usual processing time for an order (excluding bespoke, custom, altered and personalised) is 3-5 working days.

If, for whatever reason, there is any likelihood that this processing time could be extended then a customer will be contacted as soon as possible.

Processing of orders placed after 1200 will not start until the following day.

Processing of orders placed after 1200 on a Friday will not start until the following Monday, (not including Bank Holidays).

Any bespoke, custom, altered or personalised items will have varying processing and dispatch times according to the nature of the work involved in producing them, and an estimate will be provided and agreed before such an order is placed.

SHIPPING

All orders will be delivered through one of the following methods:

Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Large Letter) (£3.65 as of 11/25)

Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Large Letter) (£2.75 as of 11/25)

Delivery usually takes 2-4 business days.

Orders are always dispatched as quickly as possible, therefore any optional upgrades in shipping method chosen by the customer will be for the purposes of achieving higher priority and more accurate tracking within the mail system itself, rather than a faster processing time from us.

Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances and we are unable to guarantee exact dates once items are posted.

Please note that as per Royal Mail policy, delivery times do not include weekends and bank holidays.

All items will be sent to the shipping address supplied with the order.

Non EU Countries

If you are not in the UK or Europe, please contact me via the contact button, before purchase, and I will be able to check up to date price of postage and possible customs charges for your location.  I will contact you with a break down of  prices.

Additional fees for the USA are at present 10%, though these are subject to change.

Items will be sent Small Parcel,  Royal Mail Tracked.

PACKAGING

Every item of Robin’s Jewellery is wrapped with care with an aim to prevent any damage in transit.

Orders are sent out in cardboard mailing boxes, and all packaging materials used are as environmentally friendly as possibly; being either recyclable/reusable and/or biodegradable/compostable.
