Porthmeor (Starfish and Shells)

When asking the collective focus group, (i,e, my mum sister and 5 friends) about what country/area these starfish and shells made them think of, there was a big consensus of the British seaside and prominently Cornwall.

Cornwall is one of my favourite places, and from my pre-teens to late teens (11-18), our family spent the first 2 weeks of the school summer holidays in St Ives in Cornwall. Our favourite beach was Porthmeor.

So here is my Porthmeor Collection, Starfish and Shells made from epoxy clay in my homemade mould and handprinted with UV resin, to replicate, blue painted ceramic pottery.

This has become one of my favourite things I have made.

Available as Starfish or Clam Shells in large studs, pendants, statement necklace.

Pendants come with stainless steel 18inch/45.72cm chain.
