Bauhaus Inspired No1.

£24.00

Bauhaus was a German art movement between 1919 to 1933 that combined crafts and the fine arts

The movement used geometric shapes and mostly primary colours. When we look at it now it seems considerably ahead of its time, but we can see it’s influence in later art movements, such as Pop Art and later mid century design.

In this collection I have used the principles to create bright stylish pieces.

No.1 Design includes, geometric shapes in red, blue and black.

These items are designed and painted by me and are initialled and dated on the reverse.

As they are hand painted, there are slight variations even within a pair.

Earrings are made from Epoxy clay and resin paint.

They are light weight and comfortable to wear.

They come with surgical steel posts and backs.
